Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping throughout the United States via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions, especially during peak seasons or weather delays.
Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your shipping address.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
